- Prescriber (Medical Doctor)
- Conditional Prescriber – Non-Medical Health Professional (e.g., clinical
psychologists, physiotherapists; depending on national regulation)
- Medical Technical Assistant (e.g., nurses, occupational therapists, medical assistantes, neurophysiology technicians, etc.)
- Scientist (researchers in basic or clinical studies)
Applicants should provide evidence of appropriate training and supervised practice consistent with their profile and national regulations, and document their practical experience using the official Log Book.
To proceed with your request for ESBS Certification as a Trainee you need to complete the following steps:
1. Download the appropriate ESBS Certification Request Form in Word format (matching your professioanl profile)
2. Complete the appropriate ESBS Certification Form
3. Convert it into PDF for submission
4. Document your practice sessions in the corresponding Log Book (to be filled in by hand, scanned, and submitted in PDF format)
5. Provide evidence of eligibility, including (as applicable):
- Certificates of training and course curricula/syllabi
- Records of supervised practice (Log Book entries)
- Relevant professional certification or registration
- Any other supporting document you consider needed to support your application
6. Submit the completed form and all supporting materials to the ESBS Certification Committee:
