ESBS Application for Training centres

Institutions that wish to be recognised as ESBS-certified Training Centres must complete the Application Form for ESBS Training Centres and demonstrate compliance with the minimum requirements set in the ESBS Guidelines for Training and Certification

-  Research Training Centres

-  Clinical Training Centres

-  Clinical and Research Training Centres

To proceed with your application for ESBS Training Centre certification you need to complete the following steps:

1.  Download the ESBS Application Form in Word format

2.  Fill in the Application Form for ESBS Training Centres, specifying the type of centre

3.  Convert it into PDF for submission

4.  Provide evidence of eligibility, including:

                -  Declaration of number of TMS/tES sessions conducted in the previous year
                -  Accreditation/licensing certificates (with English translation if applicable)

                -  Floor plan of facilities

                -  SOPs for safety measures and handling adverse events (English)

                -  Brief CVs and certificates of staff with experience in NIBS

                -  Data protection policies

5. Submit the completed form and all supporting materials to the ESBS Certification Committee:
